The first ICIF China was launched in Beijing in 1992. After 16 years, the biennial ICIF China has become the largest scaled and the most authoritative event in petroleum and chemical industry in China. Since the 7th ICIF China was moved to Shanghai in 2004, the event is getting more and more international and global.

The sponsor of ICIF China is China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association (CPCIA), the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the former State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. The petroleum and chemical industry is essential for the development of national economy. CPCIA, as the only comprehensive association of this pillar industry, has committed itself to the mission of uniting China’s petroleum and chemical industry and facilitating its development. ICIF China is one of its major activities to encourage international exchange and cooperation.

During the event, a series of forum, seminar and conference will be held to enrich this fair. At the same time, there will be an opening ceremony, a welcome reception and networkings with foreign delegations to make the event more colorful.
